Red Cross Campaign Communication
Shop Local Concept
The Danish Red Cross asked us to experiment with design methods that investigate why small and midsized companies are less prone to donate to Red Cross than citizens. As part of the investigation we have used different design methods, to explore the ideas and its potentials. The results of these experiments were used in campaign planning by the Red Cross.
Our concept are to use vouchers, as a method for promoting Red Cross partners, while adding value to the products sold at Red Cross second hand stores. Our idea relies on the recently increased popularity, of business concepts that offer deals on various products and services.
This system relies on physical labels attached on the items in Red Cross’s stores, to give customers the possibility of redeeming discounts at Red Cross’s partner stores, in return for their purchase at Red Cross.
